These incredible drone images show the mesmerising ways the seasons can transform a landscape.
The stunning aerial images were created by Romanian photographer Szabi Ignacz, who has been piloting drones and taking jaw-dropping snaps across his home nation since 2014.
And his new set of pictures are a combination of two drone shots taken in different seasons in Transylvania and then Photoshopped together to show the diverse weather in the country.
Szabi captured all of his images in Covasna County, a part of Transylvania - which is a historic region in Romania - known for its beautiful forests.
He would take a picture of a landscape during one season then return with a drone to the exact same spot several months later to capture the transformation.
The photographer would then use Photoshop to combine the two shots to emphasise the difference.
Szabi explained: 'I have been experimenting with a lot of stuff and techniques during my career.
'The change of seasons always amazed me, that’s why I thought that showing two seasons in one single image would also amaze the viewers.
'I had to return to the same place in each season and take the shot from the very same height and angle.
'I also had to use Photoshop to edit the pictures and in some cases it was a bit difficult to align the images because I used different type of drones in different seasons.'
Szabi says that drones are now a big part of his life and have turned from a simple hobby into a profession.
He added: 'When I’m in the air, I feel like it also gives me wings. The feeling after finishing the shot fills me with joy because I know that others will also be able to see this from another unseen perspective.
'In 2014 my father and I purchased our very first drone. Unfortunately he passed away and in his memory I promised that I will continue drone photography and videography and make the best out of my work.
'My favourite picture from this series would be the image "Two seasons, two hound" because it’s one of my most beloved places.
'I photographed the spot several times during the years until I got the perfect end result.'
Szabi has won several awards for his drone photography and was among the winners of Dronestagram's annual aerial photography competition in 2016.
And he hopes his images show just how beautiful Romania can be.
He explained: 'The way things are moving right now, myself and other fellow talented photographers from Romania are putting Transylvania and Romania back on the map.
'Romania has a lot to offer and I’m dedicated to contribute in promoting it in every way possible.
'I’m proud to be the winner of several international drone photography contests, this way Romania is promoted in "the big world".'
